In order to answer as many common questions as possible please refer to the "FAQ" section on the right side of this red page. Help Desk tickets can be submitted to RITC two ways now.
1.) Log into the Help Desk Service by clicking the "Click here to login" button near the top of this page. Enter your RITC username and password; then fill out your request.
2.) Send an email to ritc-help@umich.edu and an automatically generated ticket will be entered into the job queue for the RITC Desktop Support Team.
