This service is available to for all employees with a University of Medical School appointment. It is here to help filter and assign requests for technical support. On September 30th 2008, MSIS and RITC activated their joint tech ticketing service project. We hope to better facilitate our client base across the UMMS by utilizing the colaborative nature of this system.
